Sign Language

During the month of September, the Leaping Lizards are learning about shapes and language. We have been teaching sign language to the children in our program to enhance their language skills. This month, we are going over the letters A to J. Our goal is to have the children sign their name by December this year during our holiday celebration with the parents. We also have been teaching Frech and Arabic to the group of children we currently have in our program to help with their vocabulary at school, in our program as well as in their home environment.
