Home Child Care Staff from across
the province joined us for a discussion on how Ottawa has implemented the ELECT framework.
We highlighted the work of our ELECT ambassadors who provided the pedagogical
leadership in the home child care sector in rolling out the ELECT framework.
Parent Resource Centre presented some practical tools to support the
implementation of ELECT in the home child care sector. The tools presented were appreciated by the conference members in attendance. We now have very practical material to help us in the implementation of ELECT. If you had the opportunity to attend the conference, please feel free to comment on how you plan on using ELECT in your work.
